How credits work
Spending credits:
Credits in Exportli are used only when we provide a complete, safe-to-send lead, including either a verified email address or a cell phone number. Here’s how credits are spent:
Verified email addresses: 1 credit each
Cell phone numbers: 10 credits each
If we can’t find a valid email or phone number, or if the lead is filtered out, you won’t lose any credits.
Each lead is assigned a status to show whether you’ve been charged:
EMAIL_SAFE: Costs 1 credit
EMAIL_HIGH_RISK: Costs 0 credits
EMAIL_NOT_FOUND: Costs 0 credits
FILTERED_OUT: Costs 0 credits
Buying credits:
When you sign up, you receive 50 free credits. Each month, based on your subscription plan, new credits are added to your account, and any unused credits roll over.
Available packages include:

200 credits / month
500 credits / month
1,500 credits / month
5,000 credits / month

Upgrading and downgrading:
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you do, we’ll charge you for a full month of your new plan and issue credits according to that plan, giving you the flexibility to adjust based on your needs.
